WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide support in Italian via phone, email, and chat and assist customers with platform and service-related questions.

The role includes fully paid training, a competitive compensation package with 14 salaries per year, and a full relocation package (flight within the EU, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and real estate agency support).

Competenze

• Fluent Italian language is required (C1/C2)
• English level B2+ for training and internal communication
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
