WW Talents is recruiting an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece. This onsite position offers paid training, relocation assistance, and competitive compensation.

You will handle Italian-language inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer service while working in rotating shifts. English proficiency is required for training and internal communication.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English (B2+) for training and internal comms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-centric and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Able to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international team
• No prior experience required; full paid training provided
