WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. You will provide professional Italian customer support via phone, email and chat, with English used for training and internal communications.

The role offers paid training, a fully funded relocation package (EU flights, pickup, hotel), and a competitive salary of €1,100 gross per month with 14 salaries and a performance bonus up to 15%.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.
• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
