WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to work onsite in Athens, Greece. Join an international team and help customers with platform, product, and service questions while enjoying a Mediterranean lifestyle and full relocation support.

The position offers a comprehensive compensation package: €1,045.72 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 10%, fully paid training, and a complete relocation package including EU flight, airport

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level or higher.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal communication.
• No previous experience required; full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
