FH Collective Academy is hiring a fluent Italian-speaking customer support specialist to join our fully remote team. You will work from Greece, with a comprehensive relocation package and paid training, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist customers with products and platform features, and document interactions while maintaining high satisfaction. The role requires Italian C1/C2 and English B2+, with flexibility for rotating shifts.
