FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote customer support role based in Greece with a comprehensive relocation package. The position requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+), and includes paid training, a competitive salary package, and full relocation support.

You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced international team.
