FH Collective Academy in Greece offers a fully remote customer support role for Italian speakers, with relocation support and paid training. Work from anywhere in Greece, with 5 days/week, 8 hours/day and rotational shifts.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions. Strong CRM skills and data accuracy are required. English B2+ for training, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
