FH Collective Academy is offering a fully remote customer support role based in Greece with a complete relocation package. The position requires fluent Italian and English for training, with a structured daily shift pattern and rotation.

You will deliver Italian-language support across phone, email, and chat, while ensuring accurate documentation and high customer satisfaction. Training is provided from day one.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English – B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools and multiple applications.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team.

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
