FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Representative for the Italian Market. The role focuses on delivering world-class support to Italian-speaking customers in the home appliances sector, including handling calls, emails, and chats, and guiding users through product use and warranty processes.

The successful candidate will communicate effectively in Italian (C1-C2) and English (B2+), show empathy, and be ready for an on-site position in Lisbon.

Competenze

• Must be fluent in Italian (C1-C2) and proficient in English (B2+).
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills are required.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.

Mansioni

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat.
• Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
• Stay up to date with new products and company updates.
