Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD). You will handle Italian and English inquiries across phone, email, and chat, provide accurate product information, assist with troubleshooting, and manage orders in a fast-paced home appliances environment.

This on-site role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2), strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience.
