CB Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian Market to join our on-site team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, helping with product use, troubleshooting and warranty questions.

Fluency in Italian (C1–C2) and strong English (B2+) are essential, along with excellent communication and empathy. Previous customer service experience is a plus, and relocation to Portugal is required.
