FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market. You will handle Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, help with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty questions, and collaborate with internal teams on complex cases.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian (C1–C2) with good English (B2+), possesses excellent communication and empathy, has customer service experience, and is ready for an on-site role in Lisbon.
