You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues while learning about new products. A relocation package and welcome bonuses accompany the role.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (C1-C2)
• Good English (B2+)
• Excellent communication & empathy skills
• Customer service experience is a plus
