FH Collective Academy is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market in Lisbon. You will assist Italian-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, helping with product use and warranty questions to deliver a world-class experience.

You'll work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues while staying current with product updates and company initiatives. A strong emphasis on empathy and communication helps you thrive in a vibrant, international environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian (C1–C2) and good English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and empathy skills.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.

Mansioni

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with product use, troubleshooting, and warranty queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases.
