FH Collective Academy in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist customers via phone, email and chat, addressing product usage, troubleshooting and warranty questions. You will collaborate with internal teams on complex cases and stay informed about new products and company updates.

The role requires Italian fluency (C1-C2) and strong English (B2+), excellent communication and empathy, plus a willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
