FH Collective Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will assist Italian customers via phone, email and chat, resolve product questions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

The role is on-site in Lisbon. Fluent Italian (C1-C2) and good English (B2+) are required, along with empathy and strong communication. We offer relocation support, a welcome bonus, and health coverage.

Competenze

• Italian language at C1-C2 level and English at B2+.
• Excellent communication and empathy.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness for an on-site role in Lisbon
