Bachecalavoro cerca un agente di customer support in italiano per un ruolo completamente remoto basato in Grecia. Sarai responsabile di contattare clienti italiani via telefono, email e chat e di gestire richieste relative agli account.

Il pacchetto comprende salario competitivo, formazione pagata fin dal primo giorno e un pacchetto di relocation completo (volo, 2 settimane di alloggio, transfer aeroporto, copertura spese agenzia immobiliare).

Qualifications

• Fluente in italiano (livello C1/C2).
• Inglese almeno B2+ per training e comunicazione interna.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
• Approccio orientato al cliente con empatia.
• Spiccate capacità di problem solving e troubleshooting.
• A proprio agio nell'uso di CRM, strumenti digitali e molteplici applicazioni.
• Buona attenzione ai dettagli e inserimento dati accurato.
• Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo in ambiente remoto.
• Orario di lavoro flessibile con turni rotativi.
• Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in un team internazionale e multiculturale in un contesto frenetico.

Responsibilities

• Fornire supporto ai clienti in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste di assistenza e questioni relative agli account.
• Risolgere problemi e offrire soluzioni efficaci.
• Assistere i clienti con prodotti, servizi e funzionalità della piattaforma.
• Documentare accuratamente le interazioni e rispettare gli standard di qualità.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
