FH Collective Academy is offering a fully remote Italian-speaking customer support role with relocation to Greece and full relocation assistance. The position includes paid training and a competitive salary package, with a 5-days-per-week schedule and rotating shifts.

You will provide Italian customer support via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with products and platform features.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
