Job summary

Bachecalavoro is seeking a customer support specialist to work fully remotely from Greece. The role offers a 5-day week, 8 hours per day, with rotating shifts between 08:00-00:00, and a relocation package to Greece with paid training.

You will support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, using CRM tools, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English (B2+) are required, with opportunities for a performance bonus up to 15% and 14 monthly salaries.

Job Details

Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
