FH Collective Academy in Greece is seeking a remote customer support specialist fluent in Italian to join our international team. This role offers paid training, a competitive salary, and full relocation support, with 14 monthly payments and a performance bonus up to 15%.

You will provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and maintain high customer satisfaction while working 5 days per week with rotating shifts.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
