FH Collective Academy offers a fully remote position in Greece with relocation support and a competitive salary package. The role requires fluent Italian and English, training provided from day one, and a transparent, customer-focused work environment.

You will support Italian-speaking customers via multiple channels, resolve inquiries, and contribute to high customer satisfaction while working within rotations and a global team.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
