Job summary

FH Collective Academy is recruiting for a fully remote role based in Greece, with full relocation support and a competitive salary package. You will provide Italian-language customer support from anywhere in Greece, with training from day one and a rotating shift pattern.

Average compensation includes €1,045 gross/month paid across 14 salaries, plus a performance bonus up to 15%. Fluent Italian and English communication are required, along with strong customer-focus and problem-solving

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered
