FH Collective Academy is hiring for a fully remote customer support role based in Greece. You will assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries and account requests with a focus on quality and satisfaction.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, along with strong communication skills. The package includes relocation support, paid training from day one, and a performance bonus up to 15%.

Job Details

Location: Greece – 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece

Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00–00:00

Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+

Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one

Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:
