Bachecalavoro cerca un/una agente di supporto clienti italiano per un ruolo completamente remoto con sede in Grecia. L'opportunità prevede formazione retribuita, stipendio competitivo e un pacchetto di relocation completo.

Orario di lavoro: 5 giorni, 8 ore al giorno, turni rotativi tra 08:00 e 00:00. Requisiti: italiano C1/C2 e inglese B2+, buone doti comunicative, capacità di risoluzione problemi e utilizzo di CRM. Offrono 14 mensilità da 1.045€ lorde ciascuna più bonus fino al 15%.

Qualifications

• Inglese livello B2+ richiesto.
• Ottime doti di comunicazione e relazionali.

Responsibilities

• Fornire supporto clienti in italiano tramite telefono, email e chat.
• Gestire richieste e account.
• Risoluzione problemi e offrire soluzioni efficaci.
• Assistere clienti su prodotti, servizi e funzionalità della piattaforma.
• Documentare interazioni e rispettare gli standard di qualità.
• Mantenere elevata soddisfazione del cliente.

Job Details
Location: Greece - 100% Remote / Work From Anywhere in Greece
Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day with rotational shifts between 08:00-00:00
Languages: Italian C1/C2 + English B2+
Compensation: €1,045 gross/month x 14 salaries + Performance bonus up to 15% subject to target achievement + Fully paid training from day one
Relocation Package: Flight ticket + 2 weeks of hotel accommodation + Airport pickup + Real estate agency fee covered

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries and account-related requests.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Assist customers with products, services, and platform features.
• Document interactions accurately and follow quality standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian - C1/C2 level
