FH Collective Academy is offering a fully remote customer support role in Greece with relocation assistance. The position targets Italian speakers fluent in Italian and English for training and internal communication.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and providing product and platform guidance. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and data accuracy while working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications.
