Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is looking for fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team for November & December on a 12-month contract. You’ll assist customers via phone, email and chat, delivering clear information and effective solutions while upholding a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes full-time hours (40 per week), rotating shifts, flight reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (written and spoken).
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
