Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for a 12-month contract, with renewal potential. You will handle inquiries across phone, email and chat, delivering clear information and positive experiences while maintaining a professional attitude.

Role requires Italian fluency and a good command of English, with 40-hour weeks, rotating shifts, and relocation support. Portuguese language classes are provided to help you settle in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian written and spoken required.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2) acceptable.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
