Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December, with a 12-month contract and full-time hours. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, provide accurate information, resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed, all while delivering an empathetic, professional service in a fast-paced digital environment.

Relocation support included.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
