Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a 12-month, full-time Customer Care role in Lisbon. You will assist customers across channels, resolve issues, and uphold brand standards in an international setting.

Eligibility to work in Portugal and willingness to relocate to Lisbon are required. The role offers 40 hours per week on rotating shifts, with full onboarding and language support, plus relocation assistance and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email and chat.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
