FH Collective Academy is recruiting Italian-speaking professionals for customer support, content moderation and digital operations projects in Lisbon. You will engage across phone, email and chat to assist customers, resolve payment and order issues, and help maintain platform content policies.

Relocation accommodation is available and multiple projects await alignment with your experience and language strengths. An international work environment and growth opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) required.
• Good command of English (B2+) required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support customers via phone, email and chat.
• Resolve account, payment, order and service-related queries.
• Review and moderate online content according to platform policies.
• Manage reservations and customer requests.
• Process documentation and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences.

We are currently hiring Italian-speaking professionals for multiple projects within a leading international BPO company in Lisbon.
