FH Collective Academy seeks Italian-speaking professionals for Customer Support, Content Moderation & Operations projects in Lisbon. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, moderate content, and support operations across travel, hospitality and social media domains.

Ideal applicants have fluent Italian, strong English, and a customer-focused mindset. Relocation options and paid training are available in a multilingual, international work environment.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) required for customer support and moderation tasks.
• Good command of English (B2+) to interact with international teams and customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Reviewing and moderating online content according to platform policies
• Managing reservations and customer requests
• Processing documentation and operational tasks
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex cases
• Delivering high-quality customer experiences

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2)

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus
