Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers for our Customer Care team in November and December. You will be the voice of the brand across channels, helping customers with questions and resolving issues.

The role requires eligibility to work in Portugal and the ability to work in Lisbon, with a 12-month initial contract and 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Relocation support and language benefits are provided.

Contract & Working Conditions
