FH Collective Academy is seeking Italian-speaking professionals for multiple projects in Lisbon. The role covers Customer Support, Content Moderation, and Digital Operations across industries like Social Media, Healthcare, Travel, Hospitality and Customer Experience.

Selected candidates will be matched to projects and may relocate with accommodation available. Start dates include 22 June 2026 to 15 July 2026, with paid training, private health insurance and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2) required.
• English (B2+) demonstrated.
• Strong communication and customer care skills.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support customers via phone, email and chat
• Resolve account, payment, order and service queries
• Review and moderate online content per policies

WHAT YOU'LL DO

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Italian (C1-C2)
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, content moderation, sales or operations is a plus
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Flexibility to work rotational schedules when required
