Tavrion Dynamics is seeking fluent Italian-speaking professionals to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for a 12-month initial contract.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat, provide clear solutions, and handle complaints with empathy while meeting productivity targets.

You'll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
