WW Talents in Athens, Greece, is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite. This role offers the Mediterranean lifestyle alongside career growth and a full relocation package.

You will handle Italian customer inquiries by phone, email and chat, participate in paid training, and work a 5-day week with rotating shifts. A competitive salary is provided with 14 monthly payments and a performance bonus.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international team

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot issues
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
• Follow established quality and productivity standards
• Help customers understand the platform and available features
