WW Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our onsite team in Athens, Greece. The role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment with fully paid training, a competitive package, and extensive relocation support.

In this position, you will provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat, respond to inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and help customers navigate the platform with high service levels.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Willingness to participate in paid training and relocation process.
• Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced, international environment.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
