WW Talents in Athens is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email and chat, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions in CRM; paid training, full relocation, and a competitive compensation package are provided, with a 10% performance bonus.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2+ level for training and internal comms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally in a fast-paced, international team.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.

• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions; troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
