WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an onsite team in Athens, Greece. You will handle inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat, and assist customers with platform and service questions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

The role requires fluent Italian and good English for training. It offers full training, rotating shifts, and a comprehensive relocation package including flight, hotel, and airport pickup.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
• English B2+ for training and internal communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable working rotating shifts

• No previous experience required – full paid training is provided
