WW Talents in Athens is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team. You will provide professional support in Italian via phone, email, and chat, while working onsite in a multicultural environment.

The role includes paid training, a competitive salary, and full relocation support, including EU flight tickets, airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and real estate assistance.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian at C1/C2 level.
• English: B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts
• Ability to work effectively in an international, multicultural team
• No prior experience required; paid training provided

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
