WW Talents is hiring an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team onsite in Athens, Greece. The role offers full relocation support, paid training, and a competitive salary with a 15% performance bonus.

As part of a dynamic multicultural environment, you will handle Italian customer queries via phone, email, and chat, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and accurate data in CRM systems.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• No previous experience required – full paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
