WW Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece. The role is onsite with rotational shifts, offering paid training and full relocation support, including EU flight tickets, airport pickup and hotel accommodation.

You will communicate with customers in Italian and provide guidance on platform features, troubleshooting, and account inquiries.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian language skills at C1/C2 level are required.
• English at least B2 for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for an international team.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service questions; troubleshoot issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established quality and productivity standards.
• Help customers understand the platform and available features.
