WW Talents in Athens, Greece invites an Italian-speaking Customer Support representative to join an international team onsite. The role offers paid training, a competitive gross salary, and full relocation support within the EU.

You will communicate in Italian and English, handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, document interactions in CRM, and contribute to high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Relocation includes hotel accommodation and airport pickup.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level.
• English B2+ for training and internal communication.
• Flexible and comfortable with rotating shifts.
• No previous experience required; paid training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
