Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, resolve issues and deliver a positive brand experience.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to relocate to Lisbon. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) on a rotating schedule with flight ticket reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian language required.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
