Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a Customer Care role, November & December. You’ll be the voice of the brand across phone, email and chat, helping customers, resolving issues and delivering a positive experience with every interaction.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon. The role offers a 12-month contract, full-time, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts, and benefits including health insurance and language classes.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.
