Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You’ll assist customers via phone, email and chat, providing clear information and friendly solutions.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to relocate to Lisbon. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts, flight reimbursement, health insurance, and free Portuguese language classes to help you settle in smoothly.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken Italian.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
