Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon, delivering friendly, helpful support across phone, email and chat.

The role offers 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, a 12-month contract with renewal possibility, relocation assistance, language classes, and comprehensive health insurance. Candidates must be eligible to work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Typing speed 20+ wpm or faster.
