Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You’ll handle queries via phone, email and chat, providing clear information and empathetic support.

This is a 12-month full-time contract (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts and relocation support. We offer a base salary in euros with accommodation option, comprehensive health insurance and free Portuguese lessons to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed 20+ wpm.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities
