FH Collective - Academy is seeking Italian-speaking customer support professionals for a remote role based in Greece. The role offers full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece and provides a fully remote working arrangement with rotational shifts.

You'll provide support via phone, email, and chat in Italian, handle account issues, and log interactions in the CRM. Training is fully paid from day one, with a base monthly salary of €1,050 gross, paid over 14 salaries, plus up to 10%

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
• Good working knowledge of English (B2+ for training)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
