Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers for their Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You’ll handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive brand experience. Eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon is mandatory.

Role includes a 12-month contract, full-time 40 hours weekly, rotating shifts, relocation support, and health insurance. Free Portuguese classes are also offered to help you settle in.

Qualifications

• Fluent Italian, written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email & chat online.
• Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
• Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
