A reputable private equity investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Manager based in Rome. The candidate will act as a key contact for investors, support fundraising processes, and coordinate investor reporting. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and experience in a related role are essential. Fluency in English is required, while Italian is preferred, to facilitate interaction within the firm’s executive team and stakeholders.

Our client, a reputable private equity investment firm, is looking to strengthen its Investor Relations function as part of its continued growth and institutional development.

Act as a key point of contact for existing and prospective investors

Support fundraising processes, including preparation of DDQs, pitch materials, and data rooms

Coordinate and prepare periodic investor reporting (quarterly, annual, ad hoc)

Assist with investor meetings, roadshows, and ongoing LP communication

Work closely with Partners, senior management, and external advisors

Experience in Investor Relations, Capital Raising, or a related role within private equity, asset management, or a fund environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate in a lean, hands-on setting with senior exposure

Fluent English required; Italian strongly preferred
